MxyzptlkGoku would ask Superman, then would keep asking him, and then would probably blitz whoever villains are keeping the League busy and ask for a fight. Superman however is a busy man, and can't spare the time to arrange a fight between the two.Superman would probably quickly give in, if only to stop Batman from losing his shit over Goku constantly appearing everywhere, Batman has way too much trust issue to accept it for long without losing some sleep over it and given how the average DBS fights only take seconds, Superman would just accept it.Goku just randomly showing up around superman would make for some pretty funny scenes.He just pops into their satellite headquarters and causes a full blown justice league melt down.He'd be liable to accidentally blow the place up when they all start attacking him.I'm not sure why Superman would resist for long. if this is animated Supes though after one spar goku would leave, Not worth his time.The only way to force a fight is to do things that Goku in good conscience won't do.Addendum: Goku may promise to assist Superman in some way using his powers if Superman fights.
