But I am wondering, what are things I should definitely ask to have checked out when I see my GP again?Hello everyone the thing that happened to me tooday is actually kind of weird...I've always been a really healthy eater i eat a lot of meat fruits and vegies and i never ate any fast food or processed foods or anything that has sugar in it but tooday i just wanted something that has any taste ( Don't know if anyone even has that thing but the taste is like way worse since i got my brainfog my favourite foods are just not the same ) and bought home nutella with bread and made like 3 of these and i felt like 80 % better than before for whatever reason my mental clarity was like 80 % better and i felt huge amounts of energy.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a cure because brain fog isn’t a diagnosable condition in and of itself but is indicative that something else is going wrong. I'm going to continue doing a ketogenic diet and curious to see how my mental clarity will be once I catch up on sleep.
