Uno zombie-virus si spande per il globo alla velocità della luce, persino Obama o chi per lui (questo il regista ce lo lascia immaginare) viene morso nel giro di poche ore. La pandemia è dilagante e un antidoto non esiste, per il momento. Nulla di nuovo, nulla di originale, non un inizio, trama insipida, recitazione pessima, nessun filo conduttore, nessuna fine, anzi...forse la parte peggiore ed insulsa del film.

World War Z è uno zomb movie alquanto intenso e andrenalinico ma la dinamicità degli eventi che tende ad incrementare nello spettatore una notevolissima dose di suspence dalla quale deriva l'ansia, di certo non basta per celare una trama assente, la velocità di un montaggio e un finale troppo frettoloso per gustarselo come si deve.
