This film intrigues and engages from its beautifully crafted opening titles to its unusually optimistic end.

But if you watch it with an open mind, it's twisting, it's thrilling, it's cunning, and most of all, it's multi layered. Whatever it is, I'll tell you what it isn't: a movie worth watching. Suburbicon is George Clooney's latest attempt at direction, and I feel pretty much the same about this film as I did about many of his other works. Your so busy being caught up in all this addicting drama of Damons life and his character as he grows darker and darker, but the layer of miss directed racism is fabulous. However--as the young patriarch, Gardner Lodge, and his family start catching a few disturbing glimpses of the once-welcoming neighbourhood's dark underbelly--seemingly random acts of unprecedented violence paired with a gruesome death will blemish, irreparably, Suburbicon's picture-perfect facade. Six tales of life and violence in the Old West, following a singing gunslinger, a bank robber, a traveling impresario, an elderly prospector, a wagon train, and a perverse pair of bounty hunters.
