We are pleased to announce that an international corporation, Fox Petroleum Limited, has announced their proposal to join Mr Ammar Khan's company, Urban Estate Developments Pty Ltd, for the full funding and development of Western Sydney Theme Park precinct, incorporating ‘Sydney’s Wonderland’.

The Western Sydney Theme Park precinct is now proposed to be an even larger project than before, providing investment opportunities for the current stakeholders & many more anticipated partner companies.

Fox Petroleum Limited is an international company based in India, UAE, Bahrain, USA and has very recently expanded to Australia as ‘Fox Petroleum Australia Pty Ltd’ under the directorship of Dr Ajay Kumar, Mr Saryu Prasad, Mr Giovanni (John) Raciti and Mr Ammar Khan.

Fox Petroleum Limited will inject $1 billion dollars over 5 years for the stage 1 of the development consisting of the highly anticipated Sydney's Wonderland, along with a wildlife park, water park, connected by a Multi-themed 'boulevard' with hotels operations, cinemas, restaurants and an array of entertainment facilities. The more ambitious Stage 2 of development will come with sporting, live music and convention venues.

The principal entity (jointly owned by stakeholders), Western Sydney Theme Park Pty Ltd, plans to build, own and operate the Multi-themed entertainment precinct, and is confident of revolutionising Sydney tourism market. The company will soon finalise the proposed site, and formally lodge a proposal to the NSW Government.

Joining the board of management as the General Manager of Western Sydney Theme Park is Mr. David Bakas, migrating from Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bakas is a renowned expert in the themed entertainment industry who has worked with major theme park developers and operators on projects worldwide and is coming to us from Disney. He has extensive experience in both the creative development and operational management sides of the industry and he has a vision for a world class theme park resort destination for Western Sydney that will draw visitors from across the globe to experience state of the art entertainment, facilities and services. He also has a life-long passion for Australia and is keen to build a legacy here that our entire country can proudly share with the world for countless generations to come.

Dr Ajay Kumar PhD, the Chairman & Managing Director of Fox Petroleum Limited said "We are excited by the potential opportunities brought by the Western Sydney Theme Park precinct, and the much sought Sydney's Wonderland theme park. Mr Saryu Prasad, also a director of The Fox Group of Companies who, along with oil and gas trading, is a highly experienced & active property developer involved with multi-billion dollar projects around the globe, including government based projects. Mr Prasad said “I foresee the Western Sydney Theme Park precinct being a unique, world class project which should put Sydney’s tourism market at a whole new level on the international stage”.

The Fox Group of Companies is actively engaged in the oil and gas trading, property development, and consulting around the globe. Meanwhile Fox Petroleum Limited trades in finished products produced from Crude Oil, Gas, and Dual Fuel Turbines for Electricity Production. The retail hub of FPL trades in Petrol, Diesel all Grades, LNG, LPG, Jet Fuels etc. Their most recent flagship project is the $5.6 billion, 1600km Oman to India deep sea oil pipeline.

Mr Giovanni (John) Raciti is a Business Post Graduate student at UTS Business School of Management, who in the past has led teams for General Electric #7 Global 2000, Telstra #225 Global 2000 - Forbes listed, and for the Queensland Government/Universities. He was recently honoured with an Academy Award for Global Peace, a Certificate of Excellence and a Doctor of Philosophy from the esteem Academy of Universal Global Peace. He is also the Secretary General for Australia for The Multi-purpose Inter Parliamentary Union - TMIPU; the Commonwealth Secretariat, High Commissioner & Vice Chairman for Australia of the International Human Rights Commission; Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission for Indigenous & Minority; Honorary Ambassador for the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity; Member of CEREPPOL, and an Ambassador for the American Diplomatic Mission of International Relations.

Ammar Khan, managing director of Urban Estate Developments Pty Ltd, who has been leading, developing & personally funding the Western Sydney Theme Park project since 2009, said "We are very pleased to be in partnership with an organisation of quality leadership and a great vision. Mr Khan was employed for 9 years at the previously closed Australia's Wonderland in Eastern Creek. Devastated by the loss of the park, Mr Khan says "I vowed to bring the park back, not just as a desire but a life consuming obsession."

Further Expressions of Interests are now being sought from interested businesses to take part in this new dynamic development.
